right click menu item removal in IE

CPU/Ram: 1.7 p4/512

There is an item added to the right click menu when using IE that connects to a porn dialer called neosexvideo. How can i remove this from the menu?
Please help!

Download and run both HijackThis and Spybot S&D. They will remove this for you.
