Hi
I have a problem with “My Computer and (Administrative Tools \ Computer Management)” if I right click any device HD, Networked HD or Portable Iomega USB HD’s the following happens:
ERROR - 0x02ad48eb memory could not be read explorer.exe has to shut down
I press okay -I get - Send error to MS “Debug/ Send/ Don’t Send”
after that I get
Active Desktop reset appears RESET explorer.exe restartsWEIRD
I can right click and get my context menu with My Iomega Super DVD device in “My Computer” without any error. What have I done or tried so far?
Checked hardware RAM it passed all tests.
Tried using ShellExView software to find if context menu’s were causing a problem
Removed all Blue tooth Devices I thought they were causing this.
Portable device were suspect? And I have removed them made no difference
I have searched Internet no help
I have checked Win XP support no mention of this problemI Suspect
Because Media Player 10 all extension are disabled used by other SW
Windows Media Portable Device monitoring it is impossible to do anything to WMPI have Chaintec Zenith 9CJS Motherboard with 512MB paired DDR running P4 3.2e Prescot.

The Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
Use the ARROW keys to select Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked), and then press ENTER.
If a boot menu appears, use the ARROW keys to select Microsoft Windows XP and then press ENTER. Windows XP restores the computer to the most recent restore point.
