Click Start / Settings / Control Panel
Doubleclick Folder Options
Select View
Under "Files and Folders" / "Hidden Files and Folders" select "Show hidden files and folders" and click ok

Now you should see the hidden folders in Windows Explorer.
Rightclick a hidden folder, choose Properties and uncheck the box "Hidden" and click ok.

If you're familiar with the old DOS command line, you could go into a command prompt window and unhide them using the attrib command or show them in a directory listing using: dir /ah

Paul's method is a LOT easier if you don't know DOS.
