Hello ! I have a little problem, which I that I have 2 Harddrives on my PC on had Linux Mandrake Installed on it, recently I have formatted that drive and use it as an empty stroge device (no problems there) But most irritateing thing is when the computer boots it comes up with a Mandrake screen with multi OS chooesing options. What shell I do to get the normel windows boot back so when I start so it just do normel win XP pro boot and start windows and get rid of the irritateiing Mandrake boot screen.

You need to edit your boot.ini file
back it up 1st then edit in notepad removing the string regarding Linux Madrake line save and then reboot and all should be good to go

Hi thanks for your answer, I actuelly had an idea of that , but would be so kind to explain how should I do it where to find boot.ini ect
