I just wondered my daughter uses my PC alot and I would like to check what websites shes been visiting. The problem is she keeps going to Internet options and deleting the history which makes me suspicious. Is there anyway I can retrieve those cookies or when on deletion store them?

There are programs which can read the hidden Index.dat files that are contained in the Cookies, History and TIF folders and unless these files get deleted and renewed afresh during a start up [as can be done in Win 9x] they may still contain a vast amount of data [links etc..] and can be read in a user-friendly fashion so you can see where your daughter has been.
Program names escape me at the moment but a search should yield a result or if someone else can help out on that part I'm sure you'll solve your 'problem'.
Of course when your daughter finds out you may have more problems as well which I cannot help with.
