Does Anyone know the best way on removing the Retention Retainer Bracket on a 478 Intel, I have the motherboard out and cannot get the 4 pins out does anyone know an easy way without damaging my motherboard I would appreciate any help I can get Thanks.

The only way is to collapse the ends of the pims and push. Sometimes you can get under the front side with a flat blade screwdriver and just twist the blade and pry the pins up. They are not made to be easily removed and replaced because they have to hold the heatsink/fan in place.
