Comment:

Im running on WinXP Home and is there a way, I know I do not have the Group Policy Editor on the Home Edition of XP but If someone who knows a different way to this.

Please note: I DO NOT WANT TO HIDE THE TIME, I JUST WANT TO DISABLE/ENABLE CHANGING THE CLOCK OR TIME.

Is there anyway if possible to do this?
