Restoring xp back one day

I have made a mistake on my computer accidently deleted the sound i need to know how i can restore my computer back a few days

start, all programs, accessories, system tools, sytem restore ... then follow the instructions

you mean deleted your sound card drivers?
if so and you have your drivers disk simply reinstall the drivers saves doing a restore

Athlon xp 2000+ @1.7
