Restoring xp back one day

I have made a mistake on my computer accidently deleted the sound i need to know how i can restore my computer back a few days

you mean deleted your sound card drivers? if so and you have your drivers disk simply reinstall the drivers saves doing a restore Athlon xp 2000+ @1.7 pc 2100 256mb ram radeon 8500 win xp home oem several other things new pc on way
