I used DBAN to erase my computer and I can't get it to boot-up after the erasing. Also, I mis-placed the XP discs. I'd be grateful for any suggestions in restoring the computer. I was trying to set it up to give it away. Thank you.

Serious mistake using Dban. It removed the partition that had the Dell recovery image. Now you will have to come up with an install CD to restore the system.
Give it away as-is. Otherwise you will need to find a retail XP CD and install from that. -Ryan Adams

Thanks. I got the XP disc needed but now can't get the PC
to boot up (after DBAN erase). Any suggestions to get install
process going from here are greatly appreciated.
Scratch my last post--I got it going. It actually mattered
which of the 2 CD ROMs was being used for Install. Thanks
for the help.
