Restore to factory settings?

OS: Windows xp
CPU/Ram: compaq 800mhz, 128ram

How do you restore a computers operating system to the original factory settings(without restore disk) and not have any trace of anything additional other then the OS that was installed on the computer in the first place.
(if possible)

If not a way then I'm going to use fdisk and do a clean install because I don't have any restore disks.

Also, just bought this computer from somebody else...is there a way to change the name in which it is registered to. I changed the user and everything, but still registered to another person?

I don't understand what this has to do to the question. I can give you the model number that isn't a problem, but please explain first?

Because I have the restore disk for the 5bw160 on account that I use to have one. All of the restore files on mine were on the D: partition that was about 1.5 gigs on the 2.5 gig partition. The restore disk for mine was only 1500 kilobytes, just enough information to instruct your computer to format and take all the files from the back up drive and put them on the c: drive thus recovering the computer to it's original state. If you would have had the same model as mine I could have e-mailed you an image of the recovery disk to use.
