Keep getting message disk space is low, however already removed as many programs as possible and still shows low memory. want to reset to factory settings to solve problem.
Previously read pressing F9 at start up would give me the option but nothing happens when I press the key. anyone knows how to reset to factory settings ?

Just to say, if you put your subject line in Google there are a lot of hits - including videos.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

First of all hard drive disk space is classified as storage, not memory. If the disk space is nearly full you probably have many temp files and downloads that you don't need anymore.

Occasional housekeeping is your answer, not a factory reset. Lots of work after a factory reset and you may lose files you meant to keep.

I suggest you download Ccleaner Slim from the link below and run the cleaner module.

If you have files you would like to keep then why not burn them to disk?
