restarts automatically

it restarts by itself sometimes and den it cant read the hard disc...i have to off and on to resolve ot...this happens especially when i download or install something it really annoys me

I had the same thing happen to me, I replaced the power supply, problem solved

Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Settings button (Starup and Recovery), uncheck Automatically Restart.

now the problem is that a blue screen comes out saying a problem has occur and den asking me to resatart if i first saw the blue screen and at the end it says beginning of dump memory den when i restart the problem of not reading my hard disc persist...will reformatting resolve this problem??

The next time you get the blue screen, right down all of the numbers which appear and post them here. You can also post the numbers in a Google search-a lot of useful information often turns up that way.
