Resolution TV Tuner

This is off of someone else's question. What is a good resolution for a tv tuner that you could watch TV on your screen like full size, and record full size or close to it, if its like in Wide screen format is better. And any suggestions for a good TV tuner, without buying a new video card. I have a 64Mb GeForce2.

I have a PowerColor tuner MTV878F. F is for FM tuner, too.
It comes with software for recording and capture (Power VCR), and a remote control.
Best thing is that it works with XP and it is cheap.
PowerColor uses ATI.
