Is there any way to resize a toolbar in the taskbar so that is shows more than just 3 shortcuts? I have a toolbar that has 4 shortcuts but instead of displaying them all, it shows 3 and then 2 little arrows which have to be clicked to access the other shortcut.

rickstyles, If you mean the Quick Launch Toolbar to the right of the Start button right click your Taskbar and unlock it then follow Marshalll's instructions in Response Number 1 in this thread. After you do that and have all 4 shortcuts showing right click your Taskbar and Lock the Taskbar.

Are you referring to the right side of the Taskbar, where the clock is ?????
In Windows XP that is called the 'Notification Area'.
