Anyone know how to resize clusters in the boot partion?

I tried Partion Magic 8 and Partion Manager 6 Pro but after resizing, the drive is unbootable and had to resize back to normal (4KB) again to get windows running.

You can download the software from the HDD manufacturer's site to do that if you want.

Acronis Disc Director Suite can do this.
I once changed cluster size of my C: partition from 4 KB to 8KB, it took around a minute and a half and there weren’t any problems…
