Resize clusters in Windows XP

Anyone know how to resize clusters in the boot partion?
I tried Partion Magic 8 and Partion Manager 6 Pro but after resizing, the drive is unbootable and had to resize back to normal (4KB) again to get windows running.
Acronis Disc Director Suite can do this. I once changed cluster size of my C: partition from 4 KB to 8KB, it took around a minute and a half and there weren’t any problems…
