what do you mean network password? Domain or peer to peer? Domain you reset the password at the server. Peer to Peer you reset the password on each and every machine.

You can also change a Domain password while logged into a machine as the user. Ctrl-Alt-Del and then Change Password. You enter the current password, tab down to enter a new one, tab down to confirm, and then select OK.
