Reset IBM Thinkpad to factory settings

Specs: Windows XP, unknown
How do I set my laptop IBM THINKPAD back to factory settings? It is partitioned with Windows XP and Windows Professional 2000! Please help! Not sure of model!

If it has a restore disk like most Compaq & Dell, you use that.

It has nothing to do with programming in any case.
