Replacement Installation CD for XP?

Hey, I'm wanting to do one of those random re-installs of my OS just to clean things up and make them run a little faster. Only problem is, when I popped the CD in and went to do the reinstall, I got a message saying that some .sys file (don't remember which one) on the CD was corrupted and the install failed. Is there any way I can get Microsoft to send me a replacement CD? I searched on their site and couldn't find anything and couldn't find any e-mail address by which to contact them either. Got any tips? Thanks!

There are two other possible reasons for the error message. 1. dirty CD or Lens. 2. Faulty ram. Try cleaning the disk and the CD ROM drive and also test your ram with something like memtest86.

richard59's suggestion ae the usual reasons not a cd that has gone "bad". CDs don't go bad unless severely scratched.
