Renaming multiple pictures.

If I select a group of pictures and click Rename then Enter, I have to confirm each rename. Can the group be renamed without confirming each one?
Sometimes, if I rename a picture a second time the whole group is renamed without confirmation.

I know that if you rename a group in Microsoft Photo Editor by highlighting the group and selecting Rename, it will give each of them the same name, with ascending numbers: i.e.,ted.jpg, ted1.jpg, ted2.jpg, etc.

goto www.download.com and download a free programm called FileRenamer - its simple to use. i renamed over 500 mp3's instantly.
i scanned for spyware after and it seems to be clean
