I have a file (123.jpg) in a folder (abc) and i need to rename the file with the folder name (abc.jpg). Is this possible with a batch file assigned to right button of mouse?

Maybe I don't understand the question, but why not just rename the file by right clicking on it, choosing rename, and type in a new name? Why would you need a batch file?
