The problem is, I recently had problems with my Desktop, then had to reformat, I dont usually reformat, I installed a fresh new Windows Xp, with everything new.
But the problem is, I have a old Windows Xp still on the system. When I reboot or start the computer up, I am asked which Windows Xp I want to run, I run the new XP, I want to know how I would remove the old Xp, because I have Very low memory, not much space at all.
Thanks...

First, you have to know wich partition did you installed the operating systems: the good one, and the bad one.
Asumming the good windowsxp is in C:\, that is partition 1, and the bad windowsxp is in D:\, that is partition 2. First you have to delete the bad windows folder, eg.D:\windows, and the program-files folder, on the same partition.
then, go to C:\, and find a file named boot.ini(it`s usually hidden), and remove the read-only attribute.
Then, open it, and delete the line that reffers to the bad windows partition.

This dosn't sound too good because my installation drives are mixed up, its like both installations are in one partion.
Is there any like way Xp can like detect the old/bad files and delete all them.
Any help greatly appreciated thanks.
:)
