I've checked about, and not seen any query on this. Currently have Win2k on c partition, and installed under Win2k, WinXP in f partition (CDRW and DVD are drives d and e). I like XP, and would like to remove Win2k and move XP to c partition. Is this posible, or reinstall job. Just annoying, I keep going to the c drive when I'm supposed to be using the f drive, as habit dictates. Cheers.

Did you activate XP yet?

You will need to FDISK and reload.

Hi Andy,
NO it is not possible as you will lose all your data. Even if you were remotely sucessful you will end up with lots of problems. Yes, you can delete the Win2K without any problems and then stick to XP in F drive until you are ready to re-install. There are so many people who are finding it difficult to do a clean install due to poor support from hardware manufacturers its safer to keep the older OS until you are happy that XP will work with all your hardwares. Good Luck
