removing Troj Agent .Ex

I have just run trend micro house call and got this reply "TROJ AGENT.EX Non Cleanable C\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files" Can anybody help me remove this infected file

go to the path and delete it...then rescan to be sure its gone. most of the time it works unless it is running in task manager then ull have to stop it first.

Hi,
Although it is listed as non cleanable, it still can be deleted by using the 'house call' virus scan. Highlight the file and that will allow you to delete it. If it happens to be loaded into memory, write down the path, restart the computer, boot into safe mode and then delete it.
