Removing title bar

Hi, I'm trying to execute a program from within another program via a command line. It works like a charm. Unfortunately, however, the title bar for the program I'm calling (just to print) shows up on top of my main program and sort of ruins the effect.
Does anyone know of a way to prevent a title bar from showing up, or at least a way to keep it behind the program I'm currently running?
Will launching it minimized work? Create a shortcut to the EXE and then right-click the shortcut and on the "shortcut" tab, select (on the Run window) "run minimized"
Unfortunately, just setting the minimized option does not work, the title bar still comes up, albiet briefly. I'm still looking for the ability to remove it completely.
