edit the image with adobe or corel psp (or most od image editors will let you work it out) few copy paste or using the push brush tools or a smudge tools. et

Open Regedit and goto:
In the Registry key HKey_Current_User / Control Panel / Desktop, change the value named PaintDesktopVersion, changing its current data of 1 to 0
This will stop this text from showing...
