removing programs

I am having difficulty removing 2 programs form my computer. The first is Jukebox which I do not use. it is listed in my add/remove program section in my control panel. I click remove, it acts like it is removing it but it still appears in my programs list! I try again and the same thing happens, even the message that it has been removed from my system, yet it still shows up when I check it in the control panel. The other is "HP memories creator". It has no option to remove it from the control panel, and no uninstall icon in the actual program. Does anyone know ho0w to remove these programs????

Do a Google search for "remove programs" and you should find some options. There are programs that will do it automatically, but you will probably have tp pay for them.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

Or use this freeware PC De-Crapifier it was designed to knock the rubbish out of Dell's.

Currently, it is targeted for use on most Dell machines; however it will theoretically run on anything that has the software listed below.

So give it a go, it just might do the trick...

going to give it a shot...otherwise I have a tip about deleting some parts of the registry pertaining to these programs.
