Removing codecs

help i need to remove all dvd codecs on xp

Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices

Then click the Hardware tab at the top. Scroll down through the list until you see "Video codecs" and double-click it. In the new window click the Properties tab, from here you can disable/remove all installed video codecs.
