Dear all

I have recently tried installing XP, however, it failed. I have decided to stick with my old OS, Windows ME. Now whenever I load my PC, there will be a default "Windows XP installation setup" boot menu, and I have to choose "cancel setup" everytime in order to load my old ME. I tried looking for boot.ini but since my overriding OS is still ME, I was not able to locate this file. Where did this bootmenu come from? How can I remove the "half-baked" XP installation process compeletely so that my ME will start without choosing "cancel XP setup" everytime?

Much appreciate your help on this. Many thanks.

Raymond
