Remove Recycle Bin?

I know this has been asked before but, does anyone know where I go to download the patch to get rid of the Recycle bin from my desktop? I don't know how to change registry files so I was wondering if there was just an auto remove program that would do it for me?

The other day i was looking in System32 and found a file called PowerToyReadme.htm after reading this i continued on looking around and i found a exe called tweakui powertoys for windows which is what the readme talks about in C:\windows\downloaded installation. I'm not sure if this was there before i read the readme or not but anyway i installed it.It is a program to do allsorts of really intersting stuff with. You can use this to remove recycle bin of the desktop.
