remove one of two winxp installation

I installed two winxp on hd0 and hd1. Now I think one os is enough. How can I remove the other and the boot loader as well?

You can edit the boot.ini to remove one of them and prevent the boot menu from appearing, and then format the other drive or remove the Windows folder from it.
