Does anyone know how to close a HoTMaiL / Sympatico account? All the links that appear in their "Help" pages keep leading me back to the login page. Not much help there.

Also, After 30 days of inactivity, a Hotmail account becomes inactive. This means that all messages stored in the account are deleted and no new mail is accepted. People who try to send email to an inactive Hotmail account will get their message bounced back with a delivery failure. You can still use your account name and password to log into Microsoft Passport Network, however.
After 120 days of inactivity, a Hotmail account is permanently deleted, and someone else can take your user name!

I'd like to delete the account NOW, not in 30 days or more. I went to the first link you gave and it asks me to log in. All fine and dandy, but then there is no link to account services. I tried deleting my Windows Live ID, but it says I have to delete my e-mail account info first. Again it gets you in a circle where it asks you to log in but then there's no place to delete your e-mail account.
