Hello; how do I remove a programm from the "Autostart" without deleting the programm itself, is that possible? Patrick

first check the program itself to see if there an option to disable 'run at startup' or 'start when eindows logs on' or something similar... if not click Start and Run and then type msconfig and hit enter. In the new window that opens, check under the Startup tab to see if there is an entry for the program

To check that the program is ok to rmove from your start up, I use this web site: http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startu... There are others out there also.
