remove all programs on start menu?

is there a way to move the "all programs" on the start menu? every time i click on the start button and move my mouse up the menu, it stops at the "all programs" and branches that tree out before it lets me move on

Hi, Right click on the "start" button.

Click on start menu tab if it is not already showing.

Click on customise.

Click on advanced

Uncheck the top menu item that tells a menu to open when you pause on it.

It will affect all menus. Peace Mal
