i just tried this from a command prompt:

taskkill /s oia-0703(computer_name) /f /im svcproc.exe /t

after it thought for awhile i got the error:
The RPC server is unavailable. I have no idea what that means.

Just open computer managment, rt click on the comnputer management line at the top left and select connect to another computer. You can then either browse OR enter the PC name. From there, you can do pertty mcuh anyhting you want.

You can easily kill remote process from the command prompt if you have PSkill from Sysinternals. It's just a single file.
