Remote Shutdown

CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 2.4Ghz

i have 3 PC's on my network, all running XP. How can i remotely shutdown one of the PC's using the command prompt?

shutdown -s -m \\computername

For more info, type shutdown /? at a command prompt.
