I am trying to print using remote desktop connection. I can see and print to my printer, but the print job gets stuck in the queue. No error in the event viewer.

Both computers are Win XP.

Check printer drivers on client machine. If you can print but the job is just stuck in the queue as you say it does, go to the following location and clear print spooler:

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> Print Spooler

Stop service by right-clicking on service and choosing Stop. Then restart service by choosing Start. May also require restarting other services (go into properties of print spooler and check under Dependencies tab).
