What is the best way to remote to another XP workstation to provide support? I am working with a lady who is not that computer knowladge and needs to do some basic things. She is connecting via a linksys router. What is the eaiset way, something she could do, to allow me to remote to her PC?

Use Remote Assistance if the OS is WinXP Home.

Look in Help for it.
Otherwise you will need to teach her how to configure her router. (Port forward 3389).
