VNC is an excellent free remote control program. You can check it out at www.realvnc.com

Are you running Win XP Pro at the office? If so, remote dekstop is an excellant choice. It actually performas better than PC Anywhere, and way better that VNC. It will also give you options to connect to the computer's drives for file transfers, and redirect printouts to your client's printers. (XP Pro comes with remote desktop, Home Edition does not.)
