hi everyone, I would really apreciated if anyone can help me with this problem... everytime I try to connect to any of my friends computers using Remote Assistant in MSN messanger (for purpose of fixing their computer). I send the request and my friend accepts the request, then the computer starts connecting and it doesn't connect and time out.. what is the reason? could it be firewalls set on my computer or in my friend's computer. we both are using high speed internet and both using win XP. and 6.2 msn. is there any thing to click or unclick in control panel to make this remote assistant work??? thank you in advance for any help you can offer..
