Hi,

I need to help someone troubleshoot an error they are having with a computer, however because of distance purpose I can't go to see the physical machine. We are both behind routers so we can't connect using Remote Assistance. What port does Remote Assistance use? I will just setup IP Forwarding so that the port is open (I can tell the other user to do the same).

It is probably a range of ports...

Thanx
