When my friend asks my for Remote Assistance using messenger, my messenger says that I can not perform the operation because I don't have the proper version. I downloaded 8.1, but I still get the same answer. He sends the invite and only has 4.7.

All the switches have been set to allow control of the computer remotely.

Any ideas?
