Guys, I want to know is there any way while a person is logged into a PC with his/her user name also at the same time, I want to login into the same PC remotely to my account (assume that PC has a account for me) and access my profile in GUI, but the current logged person should continue with his/her work and I also should work remotely via GUI.is it possible? It is like two users’s logging into the same PC and should have GUI access, one person locally logged and other user is from remote, both users should work at the same time on the same PC.

XP Professional's Free "Remote Control" Option
http://www.langa.com/newsletters/20...
XP's remote control has three major faces: "Remote Desktop," "Remote Desktop Web Connection," and "Remote Assistance." A new article, live now at http://informationweek.com/story/IW... runs through the similarities and differences, shows you the pros and cons, shows you where to get the free client software, and most important, shows you how to use these remote control options safely, *without* opening a huge security hole on your PC.
With this information, you may never need a separate tool like LapLink, Radmin, PcAnywhere, GoToMyPC, or others--- XP gives you the tool, built into the operating system. You just have to know how to use it---safely!
Remote Desktop is primarily meant to let a user at one PC access a Windows XP session running on another PC. Both the host and client software are built into XP Professional--any XP Pro setup can function as either a remote-control host or client with no additional software needed. But Win95, Win98, WinME, NT, Win2K, and WinCE all can function as client systems: All that's needed to access an XP host is proper permission and a small piece of software--the Remote Desktop client tool. This software is on the XP setup CD, and may be freely shared with other Windows systems. It's also available for free download from Microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/...

Without my doing any research to supply support for my answer; the answer is no.

The short answer: You would need to have an additional license to run the OS more than once.

Speaking remotely; having a second license would not permit you to run the single OS from two locations simultaniously.

It would be noce if you could though.

I'm with Bryan. Perhaps John didn't comprehend what exactly it is you want to do.
