my sister is having few problems with her pc, how can i remotely access her machine to some troubleshooting. i've heard of remote desktop sharing. is that easy to setup.

A program called VNC (or Tight VNC)...Virtual Network Connection.

It will allow your sisters' desk top to be viewed and controled on your computer.

Last time I checked there was a free downloadable version... Google for it.
