Could someone help me with the following message that comes up. Could not start the remote access connection manager service on local computer. Error 5 : Access is denied Startup type : Normal I am prevented from configuring dial up could this be the cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanking you in anticipation. regards, duncan

Have you restored the computer? Try to reinstall SP1. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329441
