Hi the remember me feature dose not remember me it even logs me of during refresh. what I have tried so far is upgrade to ie7 re-adjusted the except cookies tried it on the except all and on the medium, some time i will reboot and everything is normal like google and gmail i dint have to log in but during googles refresh I get logged out and need to re-log in several times a day in fact it don't post or show my user name.

inventor1949, my first thought jumped to auto-complete. In order to be 'remembered', it must work. We have the choice to turn it off/on. Next comes cookies, they have to be enabled. If 'remember me' works on some sites and not others, that sounds more like a nasty at work. Scan?

Update: this message comes up on this site "See error note below" and is not clear where it is to set it.
"Your browser is set to refuse cookies. In order to sign on, you will need to reset the option in your browser to accept cookies. Then refresh your screen, re-enter your user name and password and click Sign On to begin banking".

Your using IE?
From IE select 'Tools -> Internet Options' from the menu.
Click on the privacy tab.
Set to 'MEDIUM'.
Click apply, click ok, close browser.
Restart.
