Purchased a barebones kit and plan to move my video card, RAM,and CD ROM from my old PC to it. Will I have an issue with validation when I install Windows XP on the new hard drive? I purchased my copy of Windows XP (with SP2) 2 years ago. The old hard drive is quite small and only 5400 RPM, so I only want to use it to store pictures/music/documents. Any information/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Is it a retail or OEM? OEM can be purchased with hardware from places like Tiger Direct or New Egg. Retail can also but cost more and doese not have to be purchased with hardware.
and OEM of Xp Home is about $89.00 USD
Forgot to add that retail can be reactivated on new hardware but you have to call Microsoft. OEM versions I have seen them reactivate before but not always.
