my friend has an old Sony Laptop. it recently crashed, and won't turn on at all. it says some of the SYSTEM files/folders got corrupted or deleted. anyways, i came over with a windows xp reinstallation CD but realized the laptop has no CD drive... what should i do? any advice? no floppy drive either, the only thing it has is USB drives.. Is there any way to fix this computer (without buying an external CD drive)? is there a way to install windows XP through a flash drive maybe? any advice?
