I am going to reinstall, but going to first do the low level format (zero's) and want to know if when you Reinstall XP, does it reinstall the Boot Record, reason I am asking is I seen a sign come up about BootRecord, I don't want to fixs it I want to reinstall it.

Yes, the XP install setup will change your master boot record. Just create your partitions and install.
