3 user accounts, all administrator. 2 cannot logon using BTYahoo browser - starts off with script error messages & then browser shuts down with send/don't send error report. 3rd user can log-on with no problem. IE works on all accounts, but I need to reinstall/repair the yahoo browser to make use of the parental control options. Anyone know if/how I can repair Yahoo browser - the only options seem to be to uninstall the whole of Yahoo broadband which I'm a little loathe to do as it took ages to get it set up in the first place.
Look at the top of an IE page. Click on TOOLS and then on Manage Add-Ons.
You may be able to repair your Yahoo shtuff from there.

No joy with the 'add-ons' option - no mention of BT Yahoo in there & IE works fine, it's just the yahoo browser on 2 of the 3 accounts. Part solved it by uninstalling the base files of yahoo, but then lost the option to reinstall the browser so I've pit an older version of BTInternet browser on for the moment, which is apparently working & we're guessing that there will eventually be a prompt to upgrade to the latest version & should hopefully be back running properly.
