i need to know about this process regsvc .exe .i think its a virrus because it automaticaly start up and consumes nearly all of my computer memory not the harddrive one.my computer works very slowly after i end this process it works fine.if its a virus then how to remove it becase spyware doctor and mc afee aren't removingg this virus

The link below has removal instructions for the exe file.
Be extra vigilant with the file names when deleting the files from your system, and also when searching the exe files with the date and deleting those.
If you want to be extra certain that the file is the cause of the problem, upload it to Jotti for a second opinion.
p.s. It appears this malware also infects pen drives / removable media so it might pay to check out the autorun.inf files on any you have.

If you want to get rid of viruses, install AVG 8 (registered version).. and perform database and program update then do a full system scan to remove viruses from your system..

actually i don't know that it still exists or not but i would like to tell you that thing has stopped me from accessing registry editor(regedit)
and i cannot acces them and i have the newer version of xp so there is no gpedit.msc i have tried to regain that command but it resulted in opening of gpedit.msc in some other language still inaccessible and showing some errors.
